The Extraordinary General Meeting of Comarch S.A. was held on 3 January 2024. During the meeting, resolutions were passed on the election of members of the Company’s Management Board and Supervisory Board. 

Press Magazine and PSMM Monitoring & More summarize the results of the 16th edition of the Top Marka survey. The authors analyze brands, selecting the most popular corporate, product, and pro bono brands in the media. The survey covered materials published in the press and on the Internet, including social media, between June 1, 2022, and July 31, 2023. Comarch ranked 5th among software producers, with Google taking the top spot.

Consolidated revenues of the Comarch Group for the first quarter of 2023 reached PLN 427.6 million, an increase of PLN 11.3 million over the result in the same accounting period last year. Operating profit stood at PLN 19.3 million, down 55 percent compared to the first quarter of 2022, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent amounted to PLN 23 million, down 28.9 percent from the first three months of last year. The group generated PLN 42.2 mln. EBITDA profit compared to PLN 65.7 million profit a year earlier.

On May 9–11, the regular international conference Comarch User Group 2023 was held in Kraków. On five stages, 47 speakers addressed topics from 3 areas: telecommunications, loyalty and finance. The event was attended by nearly 500 people from 40 countries. 

The Comarch Group generated over PLN 1.86b in revenue from the sales of products and services during the twelve months of 2022. This is over PLN 230m, i.e. by PLN 14.2 per cent more than in the previous year. This performance resulted in a net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent of PLN 109.1m, down by PLN 13.9m from a year ago. The operating profit was down by PLN 39.3m amounting to PLN 147.9m. EBITDA amounted to PLN 241.8m, or PLN 37.5m less than in the same period of 2021. During the period, the operating profitability stood at +8%, with the net profitability amounting to +5.9%.

More than PLN 1.3 billion in sales revenue was generated by the Comarch Capital Group in the first nine months of 2022. This is PLN 206.5 million more than in the same period in 2021. The operating result amounted to PLN 131.5 million and was PLN 7.7 million or 6.2 per cent higher than that achieved in the three quarters of 2021.
